1) Describe what you did for the activity.
I tried to vote during the jim crow era.

2) What point was the activity trying to make?
the point of this activity is for us to see that before many people didn't have the right to vote
and now that we do we take it for granted.

3) What did you learn from the activity?
I learned that it was almost impossible for African Americans to vote back then and that people really hated them.
